Optics & Photonics in Health care

The Department of Oral Pathology and its sister concern Oral Biology organized a national seminar on topic “Optics & Photonics in Health care” on Dec 01th2022. The speaker is Dr. RG. Sangeetha Phd, Professor, School of Electronic Engineering, VIT University, Chennai. She explained the uses of high-resolution optical devices in Diagnosis & Treatment. The physics behind the optical devices used in health care is high lightened & had an opportunity of knowing flexible & small size photonics sensors. The students & the faculties were benefited from the webinar & learnt about the role of photonics in health care.
