Shah, Associate Professor and Program Director, Marquette University School of Dentistry, USA. The session on “Advancement of Special Care Dentistry Through Research, Clinical Practice and Advocacy” provided valuable global perspectives on inclusive oral healthcare, research innovations, and strategies to promote equitable dental services for individuals with special healthcare needs.

Meeting the Challenges of NEET MDS – An insightful lecture delivered by Dr. Ramya R, focusing on effective preparation strategies for NEET MDS, INI-CET, and international dental licensing examinations.
Faculty and postgraduate students from the Department of Oral Biology, Saveetha Dental College and Hospitals, SIMATS, Chennai, achieved remarkable success at the ADCON Global Scientific Conclave 2026 organized by Anoor Dental College, Kerala, held from May 4–7, 2026.
Dr. Suganya P., Associate Professor, Department of Oral Biology, secured First Place in the Faculty Poster Presentation category for her outstanding research presentation. Adding to the department’s achievements, Dr. Thilaga, III M.S. Oral Biology postgraduate student, won Third Place in the Poster Presentation category for her commendable scientific work.
Dr. Yokataa also brought laurels to the institution by securing First Place in the Paper Presentation category and Second Place in the Poster Presentation category, showcasing excellence in both oral and poster scientific presentations.
Dr. Ramya R, represented the institution at the prestigious IADR General Session 2026. The event provided an excellent platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and discussions on emerging advancements in oral health and translational science.
