Keeping up with Good Menstrual Health

The Department of Oral Pathology and its sister concern Oral Biology organized a national seminar on topic “Keeping up with Good Menstrual Health” on Nov 11th2022. The speaker is Ms. K.S.Asmita, Coordinator, Femi Healthcare. The session has thrown light on the harmful chemical which are been used in the fabrication of commonly used sanitary pads. The latest technologies which can be a used as biocompatible alternatives for preparing menstrual products were also highlighted. The CEO of the Femi healthcare, Dr. Gomathi had also taken part in the webinar and well- illuminated the participants with medical aspects of keeping good menstrual health. The entire session was very interactive. The session was moderated and concluded by Dr.S. Sandhya, Senior lecturer, Dept. of Oral pathology and Oral biology.
