International Conference on Craniofacial Pathology and Biology (ICCPB) 2024

The ICCPB conference was successfully organized by the Department of Oral Pathology and Oral Biology at Saveetha Dental College on January 5th and 6th, 2024. Dr. N. M. Veeraiyan, Chancellor of SIMATS, and Dr. Rajagopal, Advisor at SIMATS, presided over the conference. Distinguished guests included Dr. Jagdish Vishnu Tupkari from GDC, Mumbai; Dr. Ranganathan K, Honorary Secretary of IAOP and Professor at Ragas Dental College; and Dr. Sivapathasundharam B, Dean of Priyadharshini Dental College.

The event began with traditional Tamil Tai Vazhthu and lighting of the Kuthuvillaku. Dr. Pratibha Ramani welcomed guests and honored senior faculty and students for their contributions to Oral Pathology and Oral Biology. Dr. Tupkari received a lifetime achievement award.

The event featured keynote lectures by national and international speakers. Delegates from top dental colleges in India and international schools participated in a hybrid mode. The conference had 501 delegates, including 309 external participants. The award ceremony and scientific sessions contributed to its success. Dr. R. Ramya, from Saveetha Dental College, concluded the conference with a vote of thanks.
