International conference on craniofacial pathology and biology

International Conference on Craniofacial Pathology & Biology provided a platform for intense knowledge sharing among faculty and students. This conference kindled the spark of immense research opportunities available in the field of Craniofacial pathology and biology amidst the participants. Launch of Orofacial Biology Group (OFBRG) :

Oral biology represents all specialities of dentistry as a whole as it is a broad scientific discipline that encompasses a range of basic and applied sciences. Its teaching has substantial value in translational and commercial research as applied to treating dental and oral diseases; Oral diseases still remain most prevalent amidst mankind till this moment. With a very  strong urge & sense of responsibility as an oral health care provider ,  to scale down  this prevalence the Orofacial Biology Group (OFBRG) was successfully launched to bring together scientists from a broad range of disciplines with clinical, translational, and basic science research interests focused on the craniofacial complex

Exchange of MOU:

Exchange of MOU with Tokushima University Japanwas done for conduct of research collaborations in the field of Oral Cancer was done in the august presence of Dr.Shivaji Chadaram, Vice Chancellor, SIMATS, Dr.Sheeja Varghese, Registrar, SIMATS, Dr.YasuseiKudo, Chairman, Department of Oral Bioscience, Tokushima University, Japan. The MOU was facilitated by Dr.T.Lakshmi,  Dean of International Affairs.

Delegate Paper and Poster Sessions:

About 180 paper and posters were presented by the delegates both in offline and virtual sessions. External and Internal expert faculty served as session judges. The full length manuscripts of selected papers will be published in SCOPUS indexed journals.
