The Department of Oral Pathology and its sister concern Oral Biology organized a national seminar on topic “Converting Mental Blocks into Building Blocks” on Sep22nd2022. The speaker is Mr. Sagar Makwana, Emotional Intelligence Coach and a Self-Introspection Expert. The speaker explained the common mistakes we make to affect our mental health. The techniques to cope with day-to-day stress were also enumerated. The session was very interactive and felt highly useful by the participants. Session was moderated and concluded by Dr. Ramya, Professor and Head, Department of Oral Biology, Saveetha Dental College and Hospitals.
