Webinar on “Research Methodology - Steps and tips”

Department of oral pathology and oral biology conducted a webinar on “Research Methodology” on 04.04.24 from 1-2 pm. The speaker was Dr. Charulatha RJ, from community medicine department, Sri Lathithambigai medical college and hospitals. The objective of the webinar was to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the steps involved in conducting research and to offer tips and strategies for effectively navigating each stage of the research process. The participants were introduced to the fundamental principles of research, including its purpose, types, and significance in various fields. The ideology to identify research problems or questions that are significant, feasible, and relevant to their field of study or professional practice along with the overview of different research designs were explored. Dr. Hema, research scientist from Department of Oral biology, Saveetha dental college had moderated the session.
