TThe Department of Oral Pathology and its sister concern Oral Biology organized a national virtual webinar on “Stress Management-An Imperative tool At Work” on May 12th, 2022. The speaker is Mr. Vivek Anand DGM- Manufacturing Support Linea Fashions India Pvt Ltd. The Webinar dealt with quick tips to over come stress and various aspects of eustress and distress. Also, its impact on perception, emotions, productivity and performance are discussed. The participants were highly satisfied with the content provided to them and we received excellent feedback from the participants.
