Webinar on “A Perspective on Biosensing Applications”

The Department of Oral Pathology and its sister concern Oral Biology organized a national seminar on topic “A Perspective on Biosensing Applications” on Jan 12th 2023. The speaker is Dr. R. Ajay Rakkesh, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics and Nanotechnology, SRM Institute of Science and Technology. The speaker had shared about the graphene age & shared the fabrication of high-quality graphene nanosheets from Camphor using CVD technique. He also explained in detail about the conductometric sensor using graphene nanocomposite & DNA sensors using graphene electrodes. The session was moderated by Dr. R. Ramya, professor and head, Dept. of Oral biology, Saveetha dental college.
